HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You can always check the status of your order by clicking on Account in the top right navigation bar. We will be happy to make any changes to your order if you contact us before it has been processed.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Shipping time depends on your location. Italy orders placed before 4pm will be delivered next business day, Europe within 5 business days, and all other countries please allow up to 10 business days. Note these transit times are estimates and may vary.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Yes, please refer to the "Returns & Exchange" in our "Info" section.
WILL I BE CHARGED TAX OR CUSTOMS ON ORDERS?
VAT is included in the prices showing on the website, but will be deducted if you live outside the EU
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once you’re order is shipped, you will get a confirmation and a tracking number from us and you can always check the status in your user area.
DO YOU RE-STOCK YOUR INVENTORY?
On occasion we will re-stock some of our inventory items. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site.
